Windows Updates not installing
Hi Everyone!
My Windows Vista updates arent installing. Whenever i try to manually update it, it gives the following error:
Windows could not search for new updates
Errors found:
Code 800736B1

Any help please?!!! Thank You!

Try disabling your Firewall and your Anti virus (Is it by chance AVG??) ItThey might be stopping the input., particualrly the Anti virus.

I have just found this. It does not entirely relate to the absence of the "service" but one never knows!
Download it and try it. The report I read, to get to the site, stated that the program finds a trojan, apparently missed by other anti malware programs, which can cripple your updates. Its is a form of the Vundoo virus.
