can't finish update
Ever since i picked the shutdown and install updates option on my computer, i
can't log in. i accedentaly turned of the computer before the last two
updates could finish installing. Now when i turn it on it says configuring
updates 3 of 3,those my not be the exact words but it's similar, it get's to
94% then restarts. the only way i'm able to type this is because my laptop
can dual boot ubuntu and vista. there is no way for me to use vista until
this update either finishes or i can somehow cancel it.

Boot into safe mode then boot normally, may do the trick.
