Arrow Tablet Screen Rotation
I have an HP Pavilion TX2000, which is basically a standard convertible tablet pc.

Whenever I fold the screen into tablet mode, the screen orientation switches to secondary landscape format (i.e. 1280x800 upside down).

It would be much more practical if there was a way to make it switch to primary portrait format (i.e. 800x1280) automatically instead.

Of course, i can use the "screen orientation" hotkey on the right side of the display to manually do that each time, but that's not very practical, especially since a resolution refresh takes about 5 seconds - and two refreshes are needed if the system switches to an unwanted one first.

The windows vista control panel holds an option named "tablet settings", but the screen orientation settings there only modify the sequence of screen orientations if the beforementioned hotkey is pressed, and have nothing to do at all with the action if the screen is folded into tablet mode.
The graphics driver config panel (nVidia control panel) also holds an option to rotate the screen, but similarly, doesn't show any switch for default action if the screen is folded into tablet mode.

HPs preinstalled hotkey bloatware doesn't have any options for that at all, and the system behaves in this respect exactly the same without the software running.
