Unable to open Microsoft Programs
lately i am unable to open programs that seem to be made by Microsoft such as excel and IE7. I can open other programs but they dont function fully. I can open system restore but cant restore. i can open WMP11 and use it but after its minimized i cant open it up again.

i ran avg, adaware, pest scan and registry mechanic and i still dont know what to do.
