My computer is shared by 2 people me and my mother. When i log in and click on my icon on the log in screen and type my password, i get no errors and i am able to successfully log in. For my mother that's a different story. When she clicks on HER icon, before she even see the text bar for her to type her password, she gets this error: IT WAS IN THIS CASE..... "User profile Service services filed to log in. User Profile can not be loaded."

This issue has first happened around 6 months ago, when i got my computer back from geek squad. [They did something wrong] Ever since my mother was not able to log in to her user profile. Also the "guest" profile get the same error. I HAVE TRIED MANY TIMES TO MAKE A NEW USER ACCOUNT AND TRY TO LOG IN, I ALSO RESTARTED MY COMPUTER MANNY TIMES AS WELL BUT NO HOPE!! :S

If her User Profile is corrupted -- I can certainly understand the problem.

What I cannot understand is why you cannnot create a new User Account.

What happens there? Are you creating an account with a new name?

Also can you access her account from the built-in Administrative account if it is accessed?
