Exclamation Windows Vista - Home
Hello friends,

i bought a laptop(compaq) with windows Vista-home as OS.
whenever i try to shutdown my system, its restarting instead of
shutting down. When i try to shutdown for the 2nd time, then only it
completely shutting down.

Can anyone help to debug this problem?
