That does not tell us very much. I see that you are a "beginner" and probably have not had a lot of experience of using Forums like this one. It is really important that you provide as much information as possible so that we can accurately assess what you are doing and when you receive an error.
For example, with System Restore, did you run it from within Windows after boot and login or did you run it from Safe Mode?
Do you know how to run SR from Safe Mode?
Automatic restore points taken by Windows will always have some kind of explanatory title, such as, "Windows July update"... or something similar that tells you what Windows was about to do before taking the restore point.
Which restore point did you use?
How many restore points do you have and how far back do they go?
Blue Screen problems are most often associated with hardware malfunction - that is why Rolling Rog suggested running a memory test.
However, it is often helpful to eliminate a possible software problem - e.g. a corrupt file - before you get involved with the hardware, particularly if you are a beginner. If your problem is software related then System Restore is your first option to fix the problem.
Once you are sure that it is not a software issue then you can start checking hardware, usually in the order of : - RAM; Hard Disks; Power Supply; Overheating; Motherboard...etc
