Getting Bluescreen when playing wow.
hey
My issue is that I'm getting the BSOD regulary.
This is then only when I play WoW.
But when I first get bluescreen it mentions to turn off the shadowing and caching in the BIOS, but when I first get into the BIOS I do not find these settings.
PC specc:

HK: Asus Rampage Formula, X48, Socket-775,
RAM: Corsair TWIN2X 6400 DDR2, 4096MB CL5,
PSU: Zalman PSU 750W, Ultra Silent, SLI,
Processor: Intel Core?
2 Duo E8500 3.16GHz, Socket
775
Graphics Card: XFX GeForce 9800GTX 760M 512MB BLACK
and the case is a Antec Twelve Hundred with a lot of cooling.

Im 100% sure its not cooling that is the main source of the BSOD.
+ therer is another issue that took place for 2 days ago is that I do not get into the bios because the keyboard does not respond when I come on the loading screen where I need to press DEL(im 100% sure its DEL thats the BIOS-button, because ive been to bios before) to enter the BIOS.
Im using a P/S 2 keyboard.

I have also checked the entire manual to the HK, but i cant seem to find Shadowing or Caching.
I have also OC'd HK to 3.5 Ghz and the temp is on 34grader idle. and about 40 when Im gaming.

I am running vista ultimate 32bit.
What could be the problem?

Can also include the history vista came up with when I have booted up after the bluescreen:
