fatal error during installation please help!

fatal error during installation
I'm trying to install Hp healthcheck update(windows vista home basic) but at the end it says:
error 2739 could not access JavaScript run time for custom action
error-1603 Fatal error during installation consult windows installer hlp(msi.chm) or MSDN for more information.

It's for the hp active support library installation...
