Hi there. My internet explorer and msn keep crashing, it constantly says they are not responding. It started about a month or so ago on msn but during the last week it has been happening on the internet explorer. I am OK if I am on them for a very short time, about 30minutes but after that they do not respond. Can anyone help me at all? I downloaded the service pack yesterday thinking that might help but it has not solved the problem at all.

My laptop is E-SYSTEM EL3103 with Vista Home Basic. Computer is approx 12 months old and hasnt had any problems until recently.

I have very basic computer knowledge when it comes to things like so desperately need help!!

Go to Tools > Internet Options > Advanced Tab, Tick "Empty Temp Internet Files Folder When Browser Is Closed" Hit OK.

Then follow these instructions

Restart the PC when done.
