Angry Touchpad and Keyboard Unresponsive
Recently I have installed and uninstalled a program that was for transfering info from my PC to my Cell phone. Once it was uninstalled, and the PC restarted the next morning, the touchpad and keyboard of my acer Aspire 5100 have become unresponsive. I am using a USB mouse and keyboard and everything works great other than the sound. I checked my Device Manager and found exclamation marks by the following:

AMD Turion 64 X@ mobile tech TL-50(Processes)
Generic PnP Monitor(Monitors)
ATI I/O Comm Processor LPC controller, HD audio controller, UMBus Root Bus Enumerator(System devices)

I checked all exclamation marks for updates, no change.
There is a pop-up that states "No audio output device installed". I have preformed a system restore to a Week before the issue existed and it persists. At this point its just getting arrogant at the fact that I must carry around a usb optical mouse and a bulky usb Key Board.

Can Anyone Help? I'm Near Wits End!!
