Hi, I don't know whats happening but I constantly get a blue screen error message randomly shutting down my computer and then restarting it.

After the computer restarts itself i get the system has stopped working message with this info:

Go to C:\Windows\Minidump

zip up all the .dmp files in there, then attach the zip file in your nest post using the "Go Advanced" button, then click the paper clip icon to attach the zip.

Your latest crashes this month are as follows.

1 is cause by your wireless driver NETw3v32.sys, could be related to Norton/Symantec

2 are caused by ccsvchost.exe, which is part of Norton/Symantec software.

I suggest removing the Symantec software and find another solution for Internet security.
