1) that would depend on the market you are selling in - i notice you have kenya
2) the demand for that type of machine
3) competition

so if you goto a local computer supplier in your area - what would they change and include for the specs above ?

8GB is of no value unless you are running x64 OS ...

in UK
the radion graphics card is £40
a desktop with
Intel® Core 2 Quad Q8200 processor
2.33GHz, 1333MHz FSB, 4MB Cache
Genuine Windows Vista® Home Premium
6GB DDR2 667MHz memory
640GB SATA hard drive (7200rpm)
and the above machine around £450
the DVD is it just a Read only or a writer - is it a blue ray device

so i guess 2nd hand around £200 to £300 for the base unit, with an official OS

Very topical question in my household.
An AGP card is a real downer these days.
I have a very similar computer. I bought it in my country for just over £400 my conversion) about three years ago. Because of the AGP restriction, and my intention to move on to windows 7, I have purchased a more capable system.
In our local web auction, I doubt if you would get offers over £150.

never build unless you have a buyer,
so the question would be how much is it worth to you.
Lol

if you load windows vista 32bit - then it can only address 4gb of memory and because there are reserved areas for graphics/registers/etc then it only actually uses around 3.3GB of memory
