I have a laptop that runs Vista. There is always a download ready to install, but when I run install I get "Error Code 6AA Windows Update has encountered an unknown error"
The update is called "Security update for SQL Server 2005 SP2 (KB954606)
Installation of this item has failed almost daily since August 9, 2008. There are no other update failures in that time. What do I do?
The desktop, which is running XP, isn't installing "Microsoft XML core Services 4.0 Service Pack 2 (KB954430)." I've been looking just now, and I can't find a log.
