Installing Tablet Drivers on Vista 32bit Messes up Games.
I've been having this problem for awhile now, and I've gone to many different forum trying to get help with trying to get my games to work cause they'd crash. Here is a recent post I did in the oblivion forums on the issue that describes everything.

I just bought Oblivion GOTY edition yesterday and it crashes right on start up. The launcher pops up and I hit play and it comes up " Not Responding ", with a small black box at the top left corner of my screen, and I have to go through the task manager to cut it off. I will mention that I am a Vista user (32Bit) and alot of my games haven't started crashing sense I have installed my Tablet, and ran PC pitstop on my computer (and I regret that). Ever sense then though a lot of my games haven't worked for me the same. (Bioshock, America's Army, Unreal Tournament 3) I have tried a number of solutions. But first of all I will show my some system specs.

Processor: AMD Athlon™ 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4000+ ~2.1Ghz
Memory: 3070MB Ram DDR2
Video: ATI Radeon X1600/X1650 Series 512MB

If there is anymore information you need please let me know, but here is also a list of solutions I have tried.

-Run as Administrator
-Installed Latest DirectX
-Update Graphics Card Drivers
-Installed Patches for Oblivion
-Turn off my Tablet Input Service
-Renamed the Oblivion folder in Documents/MyGames/Oblivion
-Reinstalled numerous amounts of times
-Scan for viruses
Still haven't got Oblivion to work yet, so I was wondering if possibly anyone could help me out with this.

Yet just recently I restored my OS back to factory settings with the D: Drive. Installed Oblivion and it was working like a charm. Then I got to install my Drivers for my Genius Gpen Tablet and after it restarts Oblivion starts doing the same thing again. Crashing on start up with the black box at the top left of my screen. So I'm thinking the Drivers are the issues with my games, but I do not know how to resolve this problem. Anyone out there know anyway to help me fix this?

Maybe, would anyone happen to know if in Vista you can temporarily turn off drivers for specific devices? Maybe that'd help?
