Exclamation Vista Startup Glitch
There's an error happening soon after the computer has started up. Erratically, the computer will flash to a blue screen with glitchy characters, then restart.

I have found the problem report, perhaps this will be of use.

If it helps any, I can only run the computer in Safe Mode or Safe Mode+Networking and it will run well.
