Web mail/Outlook interface
I never use Microsoft Outlook. I access email on Web only through Comcast. I have just discovered ALL of my email copied in Outlook. How can I prevent Outlook from receiving information. Is there a shortcut to deleting my two years of accumulated email received, sent and trashed, at Outlook?

One had to set up Outlook to go and get your email.

If you do NOT want it used, remove the information from the settings in Outlook.

Is this Outlook from a Office package, or Outlook Express?

Open, Outlook, go to the Accounts and delete the account that you do NOT want Outlook to use.
