Angry Solved: my computer wouldn't wake from sleep
I have been working on school assignment since 7:30am till 11:55am when I run the following programs to check for unwanted files: ( regcure scan, Norton Antivirus scan, Norton liveupdate, trojan checking) and forgot to close them before turning the machine into sleep mode.

When my computer goes to sleep and I am supposed to be able to push the power button to wake it up, it does nothing. I have tried everything I can think of to wake my computer; I have tried even by switching off the power supply on the wall and turned on again, but nothing happen.

There is no light appear in mouse and keyboards
The input signal says: no input signal

Please anyone help, if there is a solution that can’t erase my data.

Would be appreciate

Thumbs down Power_Supply causing problem, can't believe...
Hi DaveA
This has happen to me twice, you can't be believe the follow procedures solved it, I can't believe or get it as the right way of solving it:
  • I take the screw driver
  • open-up the box, Removed Power Supply
  • I check all the wires but they were OK
  • I Put the Power Supply back-in and tried it again if I can be lucky but I was lucky. just getting surprise and asked myself: how did I solved this problem?
Now, I have solved it twice on the same computer.

I think, this is all about Sower Supply

You're welcome

Check with the OEM of this Power supply, see if it is a known issue.
