BSOD every time I shutdown
Every time I attempt to shutdown/restart on Windows Vista, the BSOD appears and my system crashes. Upon rebooting the computer, I receive a Windows error which includes this information:

Code:
Problem signature:
  Problem Event Name:	BlueScreen
  OS Version:	6.0.6002.2.2.0.768.3
  Locale ID:	1033

Additional information about the problem:
  BCCode:	1000007e
  BCP1:	C0000005
  BCP2:	807E2013
  BCP3:	942E3B68
  BCP4:	942E3864
  OS Version:	6_0_6002
  Service Pack:	2_0
  Product:	768_1

Files that help describe the problem:
  C:\Windows\Minidump\Mini062609-01.dmp
  C:\Users\Nick\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-64319-0.sysdata.xml
  C:\Users\Nick\AppData\Local\Temp\WERF640.tmp.version.txt

Uselessly, clicking check online for solutions does absolutely nothing. I checked out the three files which supposedly describe the problem. The first file is attached, and the other two fail to exist. Any ideas for as to what is happening, or is there any other information I can provide?

So, so weird

I just got through replying to a solved thread with a previous problem. Have no idea why they are showing up recently.

Here is your error:

Quote:
BugCheck 1000007E, {c0000005, 807e2013, 942e3b68, 942e3864}

*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for libusb0.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for libusb0.sys
Probably caused by : libusb0.sys ( libusb0+428c )
And this thread should supply the solution:
