BSOD need help
Hello guys, I'm new here, pardon me when I'm just a noob and just go straight and pledging for help.

I got 4 BSODs from yesterday up until now. All of them were 0x00000124 and I got them while I were playing game. I use acer laptop with these specs:

AMD Turion X2 RM-70 2.0 GHz
4 GB DDR2 667
Nvidia GeForce 9100M G
Vista business 32 bit SP 1

This is the notice from windows
Code:
Problem signature:
  Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
  OS Version: 6.0.6001.2.1.0.256.6
  Locale ID: 1033

Additional information about the problem:
  BCCode: 124
  BCP1: 00000000
  BCP2: 87A23020
  BCP3: B2000010
  BCP4: 000B0C0F
  OS Version: 6_0_6001
  Service Pack: 1_0
  Product: 256_1

Files that help describe the problem:
  C:\Windows\Minidump\Mini070409-01.dmp
  C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-45521-0.sysdata.xml
  C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Temp\WERFE0C.tmp.version.txt
FYI, I checked my RAM but 1 module only. But I think that it's not a RAM problem but an overheat gpu because when I checked it while playing game it reached about 77 C, about 2 minutes before BSOD-ing. But it's just my assumption. Need someone to proof it though. I attached the latest dump here too. Thx for your help.

PS :Now I'm trying to play game with 1 module only check if it's a RAM fault. If it gets BSOD, I'll change it to the other module. I'll update the result after trying it out.

It's a hardware error that could be due either to ram, overheating or other devices. Need more than one minidump -- this could not even show a module list as the memory was corrupt.

Not sure why or how you only checked one ram module.

Try running mdsched.exe and on reboot to the scanner press F1 for Advanced options and select the Extended tests.

Make sure fan vents of the computer are free of dust. You may find them both on the back and bottom of the laptop.

Monitor temperatures using something like Speedfan and look for any rise in temps of more than 30-35c from a completely cold boot.

Laptops are very vulnerable to overheating, especially while gaming.
