Solved: Having Trouble downloading Itunes and Quicktime
Hi, I have Windows Vista on my laptop and I've been trying to dowload the latest version of Itunes. Everytime I'd go to download it my computer either freezes up or I get a blue screen and it crashes. I was finally able to unistall both Itunes and Quicktime - I thought it would help to uninstall first then try to download the latest versions. It didn't help and still either the computer freezes or blue screen crash.

I also just air dusted my laptop, but having tried to download again.

Any ideas? Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Are you able to download the installer on another computer and transfer it over on a USB stick? Try installing that way.

Ok. So you saved the installer on a USB Stick? Now you want to plug it in the computer that crashes when downloading and run it from the USB
