Currently in Windows 7, I have Google's Chrome listed as the first program on the taskbar next to the start menu, thus it opens by pushing Win + 1. However, if it is already open, and I do that, then it simply brings that window to the front rather than opening another browser. In Windows Vista, it always opened another browser window, and I am wondering if I can make it so that also happens in Windows 7.

Doesn't work for me, and I don't know of any way to change it.

I still haven't found a solution to this, but I found something which does almost the same thing: Normally when you middle-click the icon on the taskbar it opens it, just like if you left click it. However, when you middle click a program that is already open, it attempts to open another instance of it. Thus, when Chrome is open, and you middle click it, it opens a separate window.

If anyone finds another way to do it with shortcut keys I'd appreciate that still too.
