the uninstall link downloaded and run but stopped at
C:\Users\Harrison\AppData\Local\Temp

hi maybe going into tools in ie manage addons and disable any connected with flash and activex and see if uninstall completes,or possibly the install will

hi please remove your email asap this is for your own protection this is a open forum you never know who is looking in and you may get spammed or worse id theft from such a small piece of info also the files are already available to dl and do offline also try clearing your browser history cookie etc

i think that maybe the thing that is stopping all the downloads from installing is that the first time i tried to do it it uninstalled all the flash player things and that maybe affecting it.
i can give you a list of the things in folders for you if you want.

do you have firefox?
lets see if it will work from there
if so then we need to figure out whats wrong with your IE

hi brett it could be either the firewall or av getting a false positive as you suggested earlier an offline install could be the answer with av and firewall disabled

i have kaspersky internet security 8.0.0.454
and windows firewall is off.
