Some help please...multiple issues
I'm currently running Vista Business 32bit SP2 on a Dell Vostro 1200 notebook, core 2 duo 1.ghz. Below are all the problems. Apologies for the wall of text.

Lately my computer has been doing weird things...Firstly, it randomly froze requiring manual restart. This at first was rare, in the past few days has been increasingly frequent. These freezes have ceased since I installed SP2.

One particular restart resulted in the sound becoming stuttery with distortion and 'staticky' sounds, and music played slower. This is ALL sound. I did notice that the Vista startup sounds were fine. All sounds after logging in were distorted. Also it caused video to skip and in general any graphics lag. Games however are stuttery and 'lag'.

Typing is extremely frustrating as every few seconds the computer lags and a keystroke is missed. No such problems occur when browsing the net or explorer. Sometimes when typing when I use the shift key something happens as if the shiftkey is held down (ie all caps) when typing.

It is as if the cpu is running at ~100% in terms of video and audio. Actual usage is <10%. I don't think it's a hardware issue as one time all the above problems disappeared after 30mins. And came back when I updated iTunes... The clock also seems to slow and get out of time.

HJT log attached

Any help would be much appreciated
