Clean Install with Vista - Error Code: Ox80070070 - System Partition no space
I don't know why but my computer now has a partition and the C: drive only has 6.83 GB and the D: has 71 GB. I've tried deleting the D: in Disk Management, but it will not allow me. When I right click on the D: drive the Volume Delete is in grey. So I wanted to try and reinstall Windows Vista (Clean Install), but I'm getting an error:

Error Code: 0x80070070 - The System Partition does not have enough space.

What can I do?

On the partition selection screen, there is a link
that says more options.
Click it and it will give you options to delete the partitions.
If the C; partition is a restore partition, you will want to keep it.

Unfortunately the Delete button is greyed out. Since 95% of the hard drive space is on the D: drive can I move all the system files there somehow and use the D: as my primary drive? If so, how?

If you are running a factory built system, the small partition is
the restore partition and the larger one is the operating system
partition.
You would need to select the D: partition and the button should
be accessable at that point.
