MS office crashes on save-as/ vista
Hi All:
I have problems trying to save files in a different place to that suggested by Vista e.g. Vista might suggest saving a file to C:\User\Documents\ (say) but I want to save it to D:\Subject\File name. As soon as I enter the new location Word promptly crashes. (It will save to the original suggested location with no problem).

I'm doing lots of time-consuming work-arounds. Saving a document is a key element in making a computer function.

This is true with all MS Office products (2003 and 2007), and also with OpenOffice. It would seem to be down to Vista.

I'm using Vista Home on a Toshiba U305 computer.
