Question Windows 7 CMD.exe problems Please Help!!
I'm having a huge amount of trouble with Windows 7 RC 32bit

I'm trying to launch a setup.bat file, and every time i do, i get this message:

"cmd.exe application error"

"The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142)

I have looked around the internet for solutions, and tried one method involving deleting "Policies" entries in the registry with Regedit., but no luck so far..

Also, the windows troubleshooter will not work, i get a message saying an "unexpected error has occurred"

Tried installing AVG for a virus scan but it refuses to download update files so sticking to Spybot S&D for now

Any help would be hugely appreciated
