Question Windows 7 random explorer.exe fail [ntdll.dll]
Hello guys, i'm new here. I decided to register for the main purpose of getting input for my Windows 7 problem i have been experiencing.

I have tried to reinstall Windows 7, and various other things in my common sense of troubleshooting. I searched around google for the problem, and found an almost-similar problem where the "Windows Customer Improvement" would crash explorer.exe through ntdll.dll, and the solution was just to disable it by entering gpedit.msc, but no luck here, and it doesn't really sound like it's what causing the problem here.
There have also been "rumors" that a Shell in the explorer could cause the random crashes. It would supposedly be the "Securom context menu for explorer" by Sony DADC Austria which i think is planted my Daemon Tools. I tried disabling that, and any other "external" shells that doesn't belong to Microsoft, but no luck there either

I still get random explorer.exe crashes. And they are completely random. My system can sometimes run for hours without any crashes. But all of a sudden, if i right click, or enter My computer, explorer.exe crashes and just restarts again and it does that a few times, and them it would stop again completely random. Sometimes it can even crash by itself.

Here is what my event viewer says:
Faulting application name: explorer.exe, version: 6.1.7600.16385, time stamp: 0x4a5bc9bb
Faulting module name: ntdll.dll, version: 6.1.7600.16385, time stamp: 0x4a5be02b
Exception code: 0xc000041d
Fault offset: 0x000000000003202d
Faulting process id: 0x158
Faulting application start time: 0x01ca37d40633f569
Faulting application path: C:\Windows\explorer.exe
Faulting module path: C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\ntdll.dll

I am running Windows 7 with all the latest drivers. This was never a problem on Windows XP 64 Bit, and i refuse to run Windows Vista.

Got an ATI HD 4890 GFX with an AMD X4 2,6 GHZ AM3 on a Gigabyte GA-MA790XT-UD4P with the latest BIOS update.
Other notable specs would be the Logitech G19 Keyboard and Logitech G35 Headset. The G19 and G35 don't have Windows 7 drivers yet, but i have installed Vista drivers for my G35. The software for the G35 have no associations with ntdll.dll as far as i have read.
Furthermore i am currently using the latest version of Comodo Internet Security (Tried uninstalling that too, and no luck).

I have attached a HijackThis log and a DXdiag logs for you guys to look at. If you have any suggestions to how i can fix this problems please don't hesitate to add suggestions. It's getting pretty annoying

I actually considered that. But several of my m8s are running with Daemon tools on Windows 7, the same build as me of course, and they are not experiencing these problems.

But i will try uninstalling Daemon tools and see if it solves the problem

Thanks for your input.

I found this thread which seems interesting: http://www.neowin.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=804948

A guy claims he solved it by removing Winamp and Winrar. (same exception code as me, but his "module name" says unkown).

I will test this when i get home from work

i have now removed Winamp, Winar and daemon tools.. sweeped my registry and rebooted my computer.. it's still the same. Explorer.exe keeps failing by ntdll.dll

Guess there's only reinstalling Windows 7 left to do.. again It must be one of the security updates for windows 7 that is somehow incombatible with one of my start up apps.
