Hi all,
This is a solution for this annoying problem, hitting so many pc´s, usually after Windows Vista upgrade to SP2, which makes the Mouse cursor arrow flicker like crazy.
I made this to a laptop Asus with Ati Radeon X2300 graphic card bundled.

Go to Execute and write msconfig, look after services panel and deactivate Ati External Event Utility. Close aplication after save the changes, click optionaly "don´t show this again", restart computer and that´s done.
You may get a msconfig window notice, just click "don´t show this again", and close the window.
