Exclamation M.S excel 2007 wont open on vista
When i open microsoft excel on windows vista, it comes up with the following error message:

Problem with shortcut

The windows Installer Service could not be accessed, This can occur if the Windows Installer is not correctly installed. Contact your support personel for assistance.

So what do i do and how do i fix it?

by the way ive already tried microsoft support
