Internet Explorer cannot display webpage
I have Windows Vista and if I ever have too many tabs open or am uploading files to a site such as mediafire.com then my internet explorer seems to give up. The uploading process will continue and msn meesenger will remain online, but any new tabs or IE windows i open will read the message "Internet Explorer cannot display webpage". As soon as I am done uploading a simple refresh will make those errors disappear. It is almost as though my internet cannot handle doing too much and gives up until i decrease the workload. This is a recent problem, how do I resolve this?

Thanks for any help you can give

Hey, I don't want to be the guy to say "IE sux" but it would be worth something to try another browser and see if the problem persists.

If you still have the problem then I think it IS that mediafire is stealing all your bandwidth. What speed internet do you have?

Just did an internet speed test and it's running at 2.49Mb/s download and 0.25Mb/s upload. I think the package i'm on is "up to 8mb broadband" but I know i will never get that speed in my area. The problem occurs when I have 8 or more IE tabs/windows open now. Before I used to be able to open WAY more. Is it my service provider messing up here or my computer?
