please help me

Hi
i had the "bootmrg is missing" come up the other day and i managed to fix it.
i reinstalled my hard drive and now it is telling me i dont have the same memory i had before i got "bootmrg is missing"

ive lose 40GB of memory after i reinstalled it.

can someone please help me
