am getting a weird error! :S

Hi, i get two weird windows errors on startup.

one is
windows cannot open this file Loud program data.txmqv7j and it asks me wat to open it with and stuff.

the other is the same but the file is flag load load.xwv9je7

i surfed the net for this error but i seem to be the only one who gets this :S
