Exclamation Please help, major problems
I'm using my siblings account, I don't know what to do any more.
I have Windows XP and it seems that everytime I try and click on anything that using flash or video an error messnger keeps popping
up it says

C:\\Windows\systems32\WINMM.dll is either not designed
to run on windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program
again using the original installation media or contact your system
administrator or the software vendor for support.

also its starting to put things in the recycling bin than disappearing once i re-check it.

Is there anything I can do to fix it?

Hi and thanks for the reply, I tried running sfc/scnw and it says I need to be an admin to do so. So I tried "Run as Administrator" and then I saw this "C:\\Windows\System32\cmd.exe File System Error (-1073741792)"

I can't open anything as an admin or non-admin.

sounds like a system registry problem, but the error number is incorrect for that. Google search the error # and see what you get, then post the name of the system error. Option B, upgrade to windows 7, its totally pro!
