recently my computer has been running really slowly when once it run fairly fast. i have noticed that in the task manager when i open it up the cpu usage is up really high. i was wondering if i gave you a list of processes you would be able to tell me which ones i would be able to get rid of and which ones i have to keep. here is the list:

You can try downloading softwares like Advanced Windows CleanUp (it's free for 15 days, I think) and running it in order to clean up unneccesary files and free up memory. Also, I recommend defragmenting your boot drive. And, could you please give the software or program names of the .exe files you've already listed? I found it difficult to identify what they belonged to in some cases..

Please disregard any so called clean up software advice. You'll only end up rendering programs and even Windows itself inoperable.

Please click here to download and install the HijackThis installer.

Run it and select Do a system scan and save a logfile.

The log will be saved in Notepad. Copy and paste the log in your next post.
