control panel
I can't access my control panel. When I click on it I get a message "This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Create an association in the Set Associations control panel." Where do I find that and how do I fix this?

Hi and welcome to TSG,

1st try to access it from safe mode. The best way is to fix this with control panel. Ha ha, and that seems to be your problem so try get in from safe mode and we will continue.
