Question Lost outlook express folders during win7 install
After upgrading to Windows 7 I discovered there is no e-mail client. I installed Thunderbird, but Thunderbird cannot find my Outlook Express folders. Can anyone suggest a way I can find the folders.

Not if you wiped out what was presumaably XP in the process of installing. If you did a custom install and now have a windows.old folder (assuming it works the same for XP as Vista) you may find them. I would see if I could pick up on the default path to the normal location of the folders in a running OS (C:\Documents and Settings\<user account name>\Local Settings\Application Data|Identities\{ident-sequence}\Microsoft\Outlook Express\)
