Unhappy Laptop Powers down after a few seconds.
My HP Pavillion Dv9500. Vista

I will turn it on and after a few seconds the laptop will shut off.
It is not because of overheating(Checked and replaced fans)
Not because of the Power Plug(Replaced)

I have no idea what the issue is and it has been like this for a while
and taking it in has not changed anything.

Perhaps a power supply issue?

To help determine if it is a soft ware or hard ware issue,do you have a live cd you can boot from,to determine if the machine will stay up..if it dont then that rules out your windows being the problem, and points to a hardware problem

The computer doesn't stay on long enough for anything to happen
it will literally shut off in 4 seconds after I turn it on.
I have tried going into BIOS but it will shut off before it has the chance to get to it.
