Vista Restore
Hi i am running Window Vista and i would like to restore my entire computer to factory condition. This would be including removing any and all programs i have installed on it.It is my wifes compouter and my 3 yr old son got onto it and royally screwed it up and it wasent running that great to begin with. I allready checked the system restore area and there are no files in there. Not sure what to do because when you get these new laptops they dont even come with a windows disk anymore.

It is a Toshiba Satellite l300d

Welcome to TSG forums.
Are you sure there isn't a partition with a D drive? that is usually where OS restorations are.
If there is nothing there, I suggest you contact Toshiba and see if they will send you the restore cds. Some companies will send them free others charge about $20.00 for them.
