Dell Inspirion error code 0f00:137b black screen
Hi All,

I have a Dell Inspirion using Windows Vista operating system. I went to activate the computer by moving the mouse and I had a black screen. Mouse arrow is active but nothing on the monitor, only a black screen. Went to diagnose the problem and it gave me this error code:
Error code# 0f00:137b
Blank media or no media is present in optical drive.
IDE SATA CDRW DVD TS H0493A

It asks me to insert recovery disc. Unfortunately, I do not have the recovery disc. I purchased the computer used. Can I fix this problem with out the recovery disc? And how would I do it? Thanks for your help in advance.
