Ok,
I have a Windows Vista computer with three user accounts. Only problem is that all the users do not remember their passwords. Second of all, I was going to use a CD. However, the System Admin has set the Bios never to use the CD Drive. Also, there is no way to access the BIOS. Now, keep in mind that this computer does not have a recovery console. My question is 1) how am I to reset BIOS 2) How am I to boot from CD? THNX

Hmm, You cannot use CD drive unless Admin give you the access. and also, if you dont have admin privileges, you canot access BIOS as it will ask to put password when you try to access it. Only thing is, try to convince Admin for the access.

I dont understand your First problem?all the users do not remember their passwords, you mean the Human user dont remember pass or the User Account in system doesn't remember the pass?, If its system, there is no option that you can save your / remember password like Firefox or Explorer.
