Programs will not leave the Add programs menu even when uninstalled!
Recently i installed a program that was only intended for use for a very short period of time, and after i uninstalled it and deleted all the programs files manually, it was still in the add programs menu! there are multiple programs that have done this for me, and it is an extreme nuisance. Is there any way, any way, possible that i can remove these icons (and i mean anything) this program did not come with a "uninstall" option, so i am at a loss

Welcome to TSG forums.
The best way to remove a program is to open control panel, select add/remove programs, scroll to the desired program, click on remove and let the computer do its thing. Occassionally I have had to remove a shortcut icon from the desk top, but usually when removing the program as described, all is removed.

Do you mean All Programs Menu, after clicking the Start orb?
If uninstalling the program using Control Panel | Programs | Programs and Features doesn't remove the icon from the Start menu (or the program doesn't have an uninstaller), just right click the icon and click Delete

If what these guys said doesn't work, then try the Windows Installer Clean Up utility. Download it by searching it in google. make sure to download it from a trusted website.
