 | Member with 53 posts. | | | | os fails to boot once again I find myself here.
My recently purchased second hand desktop kept restarting, so I decided to reinstall vista home premium.
Now I cant get passed various error messages, which disappear before I can write them down.
One has something to do with memory, one is definitely:irql_not_less_or_equal
There were no issues with booting before this, just with crashing.
Vista is courtesy of the tech guys at pc world, and when I run their diagnostics I get bsod with the error messages.
Now I can't even install vista without doing so on another computer and switching the hard drives.

Typically due to a bad driver, or faulty or incompatible hardware or software. Use the General Troubleshooting of STOP Messages checklist above. Technically, this error condition means that a kernel-mode process or driver tried to access a memory location to which it did not have permission, or at a kernel Interrupt ReQuest Level (IRQL) that was too high.
