No but I just discovered that I put those files on a usb stick before I formatted so I have them on there.

you still have other folders missing though....and the repair still might not be successful
What is taking up the 10 gigs on the partition?

When I reformatted I must have hit the wrong drive by mistake because it has windows files that are normally on c drive.

You have a mess lol
being you have all the originals disks I wouldnt worry about since the recovery partition is hosed I would just start over.....delete the recovery partition and do a new install

I got my C drive back to normal but I had to delete my D recovery drive how can I get it back or if it is stiil there how can I find it so I can put the files off my usb on it?
PS. I just noticed your post and I already did that, so back to my question above can you help?

Go to disk management...create a partition then copy the files off your thumb drive to it

How do I do this I am in disk management but I don't know how to create a partition.

go down to the bottom and right click on the unalloctaed space
you shoud see the option to create a partition
