To Joeten: Thanks again! Your repliy re: correcting a corrupt account and the URL to correct same is great! BUT even tho I have been playing with computers since the PCjr which has only one 5 1/4 Floppy drive , I am still a little frightened at corrections which involve several steps to remedy a situation. Each Platform and browser ssometimes bring different and dead end results for me...so I hesitate to perform the
suggestions that you so usefully provide. I propably go back 30 years in computering and do fairly well for my age (91). Got all my marbles, yet, but that's why you aare the expert and I am still the experimenter !
Thanks fore your continued help.!

Hi one thing you can do but may be a bit drastic is to restore to factory defaults, basically in effect wipe and start over with a reinstall but as i said a bit overkill for this issue

Yes, a bit of an overkill whichwould make it even more difficult. Are you familiar with a site called :ITsVISTA which lists 63 tips for various corrections? Thanks !
