Hello.

Can you explain in detail...what problems you are experiencing ?

sometimes when I go back onto my computer it will not do anything. the mouse will work and move around. It will click on files and programs and acts as though it is opening them but then nothing. when I go to restart nothing happens. I can't even shut the system down. I am having to do a hard shut down when this happens. It works great after I restart.

You have several System 32 files "missing". That could be causing the issues you are experiencing.

Do you have the latest definition updates for your antivirus software? When is the last time you scanned your PC for viruses & malware?

fixed it. it was Norton causing trouble. Thanks for the help.

Good to hear you solved the problem. I had multiple problems when using Norton software so I try to stay away from Norton entirely, unfortunately.
Did you un-install Norton by the way?
