Blue Screen of Death Vista Help!
Computer bought maybe two weeks ago Dell Inspiron 545. Contacted Dell twice and they only uninstalled and reinstalled the intel driver.

I keep on getting the following errors
blue screen of death errors

0x00000116 igdkmd64.sys

0x00000001e usbehci.sys

0x000000FE bugcode_usb_driver

Display driver stopped responding and has recovered Display driver igfx stopped responding and has successfully recovered pops up

Error pops up whenever I watch videos online (youtube) play any games (warcraft 3 or solitaire) or do any other things that stress the graphics card at all.

I thought i read something about intels display driver being incompatible with vista but i wasn't sure what to make of that.

Please advise on how I can fix this.

Here's some information in regards to my PC

You have 21 days (from date of invoice) to return that PC to Dell for either a full refund or another new PC, darned if I would troubleshoot or fix anything on a new PC purchase.

Be polite but firm in your request to Dell.

First try this to make sure it isnt a hardware problem if it is it will have to go back to Dell now try booting in safemode so it only loads basic drivers try what you normally do play games etc if you get the blue screen again and you think its the drivers uninstall one by one restart each time and let windows find them for you if they don't update automatically update drivers in device manager let me know the outcome if all goes well mark as SOLVED ok Lisa

i did not see Mumbodog's suggestion thats a good plan too it is up to you what you decide to do Do not let anyone open the PC to repair it or you lose your warranty if you don't know how to get into safemode restart PC when it gets to load screen hit F8 safemode only use arrows and tab button to get to it

Could not bring the error back up in safe mode. May be due to me not being able to play some of the games or not since it is in safe mode.

However I did try running the windows system memory test 4 times and it freezes up at around 6-10% on the first test every time.

How would I go updating drivers?
And would it be possible that some of the ram is faulty?
