Back Ups
I am using Vista and have a back up that runs periodically. I am assuming this is a Vista back up as opposed to the HP back up program that came with the computer. How do I access the Vista back up program?

I found it, I was more looking to find the folders that were being backed up. Is the windows back up any better or different than the HP? Any ideas?

Sorry for the long thread here and obvious confusion. I think, I think...the back ups are the same. I went it to it and was trying to see if I could view the files but it looks like these back ups compress the files and then restore them. I assume if I want to view the backed up files I need to copy them to the external hard drive that way. Correct?
