Vista-64 cannot install iTunes
I have problem in installing iTunes in my computer. I have Windows vista-64 bit. I get this error

An error occurred during the installation of assembly 'Microsoft.VC80.CRT, version="8.0.50727.4053", type="win 32", publickeyToken="1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b", process="x86"". please refer to help and support for more information. HRESULT: 0x80070424.

Please help me in this. I almost searched all forums.

Make sure when downloading Itunes you select the 64-bit version from the options given.

I have tried wit all 64 bit versions....everything shows the same error....pls someone help me soon to get rid of this problem...
