problem with bluetooth device

I've got Acer aspire 7535G
sistem:windows vista home premium
AMD turion(tm)X2ultra dual-core mobileZM-82 2.20GHz
32-bit Operating System

My problem is Ican't switch on the bluetooth ,I tried the buton for it,the hotkey but nothing.Also I'm not sure that is instaled but I don now how to findout
